Mr. Mongoose
A rock band made up of two people from Chigasaki, Shonan, that started in October 2020. They are mainly active in Tokyo. Their music is a little stylish, uncool, and emotional, and it penetrates to the core of your body. The members are Takumi Tsuruta on vocals and guitar, Miyata Kesuga on bass, and Kazushi on guitar. The songs written by Tsuruta, who grew up on pop music and likes black music and rock, and is often into idols, are the true essence of "twisted pop" that exudes catchy melodies and words and a slight sense of twistedness. On the other hand, Miyata is an unrivaled manga and anime otaku, so much so that the floor of his room is filled with dozens of manga books overflowing from the bookshelf, making it impossible to walk. Kazushi joined in April 2023. He loves cats and alcohol.
