    What is master rights?
Rights to the recorded sound source itself.
When distributed by BIG UP!, the usage fee of the sound source will be the income of the artist (master record holder).
*The person who produced (recorded) the sound source or the person who paid for the sound source production costs will have the master record rights.
    What is copyright?
Rights to lyrics (lyricist) and music (composer).
By using the song on the Internet, on the radio, in stores, etc., the usage fees for the lyrics and the song are distributed to the lyricist and the composer, respectively.
What should I do if I apply for Copyright Management?
If you were doing the songwriting and sound source production by yourself, you can eliminate the loss of revenue.
In the case of a song composed by multiple authors (co-composition), the copyright royalties can be distributed to those who have the rights to write and compose the lyrics.

    • In the case of a song composed by multiple authors (co-composition), please apply for Copyright Management with the consent of All co-authors.
