My obsession sat in the corner of my mind like a flickering fluorescent light. --It was already a disease. If that's the case, let's spread the word. Let's all get along and be patients. Equal unhappiness is somehow better than unequal happiness. As multiple stories intertwine, the series project ``Astergazer'' gradually approaches the core. The third chapter, ``Shirokuro Chic,'' depicts the story of the boys and girls who live in the slums of Toto, fighting against the world, and how they end up starting a war.
