Ikebukuro PARCO's chill-out music event "Chill City", which was a great success last year, will be held again this year on April 4-5, 2020. Ikebukuro PARCO's chill-out music event "Chill City", which was a great success last year, will be held again this year! A rooftop festival with pleasant spring music, delicious drinks and food, and a fun market. Two days that anyone can easily enjoy with free admission. In the daytime, relax around the artist's live performance, and in the evening, toast with virtual night cherry blossoms and music! Visit Ikebukuro PARCO on the first Saturday and Sunday of April! Let's chill out on the roof!
